Manufacturing Maintenance with

Less Downtime

Modular

Patented design with uniform, interchangeable links

Introducing The FLX BOT

The smallest, most customizable, most affordable snake-like robot in the world.

Modular

Patented design with uniform, interchangeable links

Miniature

1" diameter is 3x - 5x smaller than any other on the market

Intelligent

On-board cameras and sensors allow the FLX BOT to map and avoid obstacles

Flexible End Effectors

Connect a variety of interchangeable heads

MODULAR

Configured using 3 to 5 individual links. These flexible configurations create variable use cases for different functions and customer markets.

MINIATURE

Size matters. At 1" in diameter, The FLX BOT can enter enclosed, difficult to navigate spaces that conventional solutions and the much larger snake-like robots in the market cannot.

CUSTOMIZABLE

End effectors can be easily swapped out depending on need. Examples include drill, gripper, lubricant sprayer, advanced camera, vacuum, soldering iron and many more.

intro

AFFORDABLE

Link uniformity greatly reduces production time and cost which results in a customer price that is an order of magnitude less than other robots on the market today.

INTELLIGENT

Cameras power 3D mapping, which when paired with our software operating system makes it simple for users to navigate in unknown spaces.

MOVEMENT

The FLX BOT links feature our patented ability to extend +  rotate a single joint, expand + brace against objects, and maneuver in confined spaces

FLX BOT

Robotics for Operations & Maintenance

Improve manufacturing uptime by allowing maintenance teams to quickly and easily inspect hard-to-reach areas within machinery. The FLX BOT provides clear visibility, precision control, and automatic obstacle avoidance so you can navigate to and identify any issues early on, reducing unplanned downtime and shortening recovery from faults.

FLX BOT acts as an extension of the human arm. Users can identify failing bearings without the need for a ladder, or monitor wear on material handling equipment preventing potential downtime or extended servicing. Push a button, flip a switch, read a serial number, or grab a wire, all without the need to enter a confined space or stop production.
